  • For hats purchased through another outlet (e.g., a third-party retailer) or at a show, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Method: Upon approval of your return, you will receive a full refund for the hat’s purchase price, issued by check. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item to V1hats.com.

Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges. To initiate an exchange:

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom branded hats cannot be returned.
